The Northumberland coastline is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and offers dramatic cliffs, sandy beaches, and historic castles like Bamburgh and Dunstanburgh, making it perfect for photography. You can capture rugged rocky shores, tidal pools, and sweeping vistas, as well as wildlife like puffins and seals on the Farne Islands.
Lighthouses add iconic elements, while sunrise and sunset light enhance the scenery. The unpredictable weather creates dynamic, atmospheric shots, with misty or stormy conditions adding to the coastal drama. It's a haven for nature, architectural, and landscape photographers.
We will visit locations such as Dunstanburgh Castle shooting both North and South of the Castle, Harkness rocks looking towards Bamburgh Castle, Charlies Garden, Old Hartley, St Mary’s Lighthouse and Holy Island (tides permitting)
